2026-11-07

Recently, the first batch of 210 FAW TRUCK JIEFANG for the UAE market under  FAW TRUCK JIEFANG West Asia Region has been successfully shipped. This milestone signals that FAW TRUCK JIEFANG’UAE operations have advanced from channel development and product preparation to the phase of batch delivery, laying a solid foundation for FAW TRUCKS to expand its sales footprint in the Gulf market and optimize its regional layout across West Asia.

To address historical legacy issues in market development and comply with local legal requirements, the UAE Office of FAW TRUCKS West Asia Region has coordinated internal and external resources, and worked with professional institutions and partners to resolve key bottlenecks, ensuring smooth order execution and supporting further market expansion.

In terms of channel development,  FAW TRUCK JIEFANG has established partnership with a leading local automotive distribution group. The authorized dealer keeps investing in brand building, builds dedicated teams for sales, after sales service and spare parts support, pushes forward the construction of sales service outlets, and conducts staff training as well as key customer development. A localized operation system covering sales, after sales service and spare parts supply has taken shape, underpinning end user sales of the 210 vehicle batch and follow up market growth.

For product development, centering on local transport scenarios, customer demands and regulatory requirements, the team has completed customized development of more than 10 vehicle models including tractors, cargo trucks, dump trucks and mixer trucks. It keeps improving its full range product portfolio covering heavy duty trucks, medium duty trucks and light duty trucks, delivering robust product support for channel sales and expansion into segmented markets.

Faced with logistics uncertainties stemming from tensions in the Strait of Hormuz, the overseas team enhanced coordination with customers, ship owners and logistics partners. By coordinating transport capacity resources and arranging shipments meticulously, the team secured the smooth dispatch of the first batch of vehicles, and will continue to secure transport capacity for subsequent orders.
